Authentic Sicilian food

La Nonna

We are located in a 19th century mansion in the Santa María la Ribera neighborhood, a few meters from the emblematic Kiosko Morisco, in Mexico City. Antonietta Di Pasquale, La Nonna, is the author of our dishes, made with the freshest ingredients and the taste of homemade Sicilian food.

In 1979 is when Antonietta di Pasquale left her native Sicily, Italy, to embark to Mexico City. From an early age, La Nonna became familiar with Italian cuisine, bringing us fresh Sicilian dishes.

Limoncello della Nonna

Limoncello is a liqueur originating from Sorrento, a city in Southern Italy, and is handcrafted by the Nonna from the maceration of lemon peels, with no added chemicals or preservatives.

After a month of maceration in the bottle, it becomes vibrant yellow in color, with a characteristic sweet flavor and citrus notes.
